Shipping Guidelines

When your order is ready for shipment, we will notify you via email and/or phone to verify your shipping address.

Standard Domestic Shipping:

All Dream Hair Blending Enhancements orders are shipped UPS or Fed Ex Ground, or USPS free of charge within the continental United States, (including Alaska and Hawaii). You can expect your purchase to arrive in 7-12 days.

There is a shipping charge for the return of blending enhancements sent to us for repairs or modifications. That charge runs approximately $15, depending on where you live in the continental United States.

Rush Domestic Shipping:

We offer 2-3 day rush shipping for a charge of $25.00. This charge applies to rush delivery orders for the continental United States only. Customers outside of the continental United States (such as Alaska, Hawaii and US territories) -- please inquire via email at dreamhairmail@gmail.com or call: 203-724-5825 or 877-750-6860. Please note, you must provide a street address (not a post office box) for this type of delivery.

Standard Shipping (Canada only):

For shipments to Canada, the charge is $24.00 (US)

You can expect your purchase to arrive in 7-12 days. (Customs is taking a longer period of time to inspect packages

International Shipping:

For international shipments, the base charge is $30.00, (additional charges may apply-depending on the Country). We will notify you of the total when we ship your blending enhancement to you.

Policies

Please carefully review our Policies, especially the Ordering, Shipping, and Final Sale Policies posted on our site and order forms before placing an order either by phone, on-line, fax or mail. These Policies govern your visit to Dream Hair Blending Enhancements website and ordering of our products. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the terms, conditions and policies stated herein. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and conditions of use at any time.

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Deposits

A 50% deposit of your total order must be received with your order form. Your deposit can be via check, money order or credit card. Orders are processed the same day they are received and cannot be stopped or cancelled once they are sent to the manufacturing studio. Therefore, if you cancel your blending enhancement after placing an order, the manufacturing studio will charge us for that cancellation. Depending on when you cancel the order, a portion of your deposit may be returned to you. However, whatever the manufacturing studio charges us for the cancellation, will be paid out of your deposit.

Balances

Remaining balances due on orders are due the day of shipment (apx. 5-7 weeks after order is placed). If you did not provide us with credit card information for payment, we will contact you to arrange payment prior to shipping.

Blending Enhancements are custom made and all sales are final. If there is a problem with your purchased blending enhancement, please inform us via email at: dreamhairmail@gmail.com or by phone at: 203-724-5825 within 24 hours of receipt. If the problem is due to an error on our part, we will correct that error in a timely fashion. There are no refunds - NO EXCEPTIONS!

We work very hard to satisfy all of our customers, and it shows - we have a near 100% success rate. Nevertheless, our attorneys require that we post the following information:

RIGHT TO REFUSE A CLIENT

The following is extreamly rare, and unfortunate yet necessary aspect of business that we are required to mention: Management reserves the right to cancel an order and/or issue a return, and pursue legal action against any customer who is deemed hostile. Hostile customers are those who initiate charge backs (particularly after the receipt of goods - please see important chargeback information below) with no true valid cause, or because they don't like the product, it wasn't what they thought it was going to be, they changed their minds, they can't follow usage instructions, they keep damaging it, etc., or initiate returns without any documentation or notification, threaten/harass staff members in person, over the phone, and via e-mail, and those who attempt to slander and/or commits acts of libel against www.dreamhairblending.com (especially on-line). We will take all legal steps against such acts.

Important Credit Card Chargeback Information: Credit card chargebacks *WILL* in every case, be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. End of story. Even if you pay, this will remain on your credit report as a paid collection account for at least seven years.

We are not interested in legal battles, but our legal department is prepared to take them on when necessary.

FRAUD

If a buyer files a dispute with Dream Hair Blending Enhancements, a manager will review the dispute to work toward a resolution of the problem. In many cases, our team's mediation expertise can resolve a dispute quickly and fairly so that both parties feel satisfied. When a resolution cannot be reached, our specialized team of legal experts works hard to ensure that we have the best possible chance of winning a fraudulent chargeback (please see chargeback information above). We retain detailed files on every transaction, including high quality images of all outgoing and incoming shipments, and maintain ALL phone and e-mail records in the rare event that it is ever needed as evidence.

All fraudulent persons will be pursued in the court of law and the police, all credit bureaus and credit issuing banks will be informed to be aware of the person believed to be fraudulent.
